Today's vote of no confidence showed that the country has three prime ministers - one formal one to my right - Mr. Zhelyazkov, one who would very much like to, but is not even in the hall today, to support his own government, and one who is the real prime minister - the "capital D", who has just left. This was said by the co-chairman of "Yes, Bulgaria" Ivaylo Mirchev after the unsuccessful fifth vote of no confidence in the government with Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov, reports BTA.
The draft resolution for a vote of no confidence in the cabinet for "failure in the sphere of "internal order and security, justice and the conquered state" was supported by 101 deputies, with 121 votes needed, and 133 deputies were against. Immediately after the vote, the leader of the MRF, Delyan Peevski, left the plenary hall, and the chairman of the GERB, Boyko Borisov, did not attend the vote.
The country is governed by an illegitimate center of power, and the government has become its press service, the press service of the "main D", which has different ideas – for shops for people, for changes in laws, for taking away powers, ideas for crushing any resistance, commented Ivaylo Mirchev in explanation of his vote from the parliamentary rostrum.
He addressed the GERB deputies and the "missing Boyko Borisov", who did not participate in the voting on the vote. Borisov has again hidden himself, whenever it gets dangerous, whenever it gets hot, Boyko Borisov is not there, Mirchev said. He has turned into an advertising agent for his partner - "the main D", he added.
„Colleagues from GERB, did you feel how you have turned from a mandate holder into a political force – a companion of the main D“, he asked. "The main D" is slowly taking over your party, we saw it in Razgrad, in Plovdiv and in Varna, Mirchev said.
The co-chairman of "Yes, Bulgaria" commented that "capital D" said today that it would be a guarantor for this government. "In fact, it is not capital D, but capital K, and not capital D like Delyan Peevski or a state, but capital K like a pig", he pointed out. But there is also a capital D – this is the dignity of the Bulgarians, who will protest tonight and resist the capital D and its idea of a conquered state, Mirchev said.
