“Today, in his typical style, the supreme divider of the nation, Rumen Radev, once again publicly attempted to sow confusion, hatred and division in Bulgarian society“, wrote the MP from “DPS-New Beginning” Kalin Stoyanov on Facebook.
Earlier today, President Rumen Radev sharply criticized the majority in parliament.
“I agree with the metaphor of "building a wall", but it should definitely be directed specifically at Radev. It is high time to limit the possibility of this self-forgetful person to interfere in any way in the activities of the executive branch," writes Stoyanov.
„Radev, who „produces“ parties by the kilo and even helps some of them enter the National Assembly through the back entrance, speaks of “partners“ in politics. Let us not forget that he is the “godfather“ of the “Continuing Change” party, which he later personally called “charlatans“ when he realized that they had lied to him too. He created this formation, whose bitter fruits we are still reaping as a result of their incompetent governance. And no matter how duplicitously he tries to distinguish himself from them, this cannot happen, because their slogan still says: “We are with you, Mr. President.“, writes Kalin Stoyanov.
“Radev, who has skillfully surrounded himself with followers, to whom he rarely throws a “carrot“ from those who drag part of his administration to him, even using his “court“ taxi company NSO“, writes Stoyanov.
“The man who single-handedly and through his political “children” ruled the country for 4-5 years, without hesitation appointing his own people to all ministries, agencies, boards of directors, services, etc. To this day, various positions in the state administration are occupied by personnel appointed by Radev. The latter refuses to accept the fact that the country is currently governed by a regular government, and not by a cabinet appointed and controlled by him. It is clear that the stabilization of Bulgaria and the government's efforts to solve the people's problems visibly unnerve Radev, who feels most comfortable when uncertainty, chaos, anarchy and corruption reign, from which he draws his strength, he writes.
„As for the NSO, I am still waiting for answers to the questions I officially asked Radev in connection with the events of 10.08.2025 in Varna: the unreasonably large presidential motorcade that blocked the entire city. "In addition, society is also awaiting an explanation for the family gift to Radev's wife, a BMW 750e hybrid car, purchased with state funds," the post concludes.
