The State Electricity System Operator /ESO/ notified ERM West that on October 8, 9 and 10, 2025, it will carry out repair work on the 110 kV power lines "Letets" and "Orel" at the "Trastenik" substation.
Repair activities on ESO facilities require a change in the electricity supply scheme for electricity consumers in some settlements on the territory of the municipalities of Pleven, Dolna Mitropolia, Dolni Dabnik, Iskar and Gulyantsi in the Pleven region.
Due to the change in the electricity supply scheme for consumers for the period from 08:00 to 16:30 on each of the three days 08, 09 and 10 October 2025, the following are possible:

power supply disruptions in the town of Dolna Mitropolia and the villages of Gorna Mitropolia, Trustenik, Bregare, Stavertsi, Bojuritsa, Komarevo, Krusovene and Slavovitsa in the municipality of Dolna Mitropolia; village of Gorni Dabnik in the municipality of Dolni Dabnik; town of Iskar and the villages of Pisarovo and Staroseltsi in the municipality of Iskar; village of Gigen in the municipality of Gulyantsi and village of Opanets in the municipality of Pleven, Pleven region;

power outages in the territories of the municipalities of Dolni Dabnik and Dolna Mitropolia, as well as in the village of Opanets, Pleven municipality, Pleven region.
ERM West, in its capacity as the operator of the electricity distribution network, is obliged to ensure safe conditions for the implementation of repair activities on the facilities by ESO. ERM West is taking all measures to minimize inconvenience to consumers. The company is constantly ready to respond in case of need.
