An operational headquarters is meeting in the Nessebar municipality from 9 a.m. to identify the measures and forces that need to be organized to complete the cleaning as quickly as possible, Burgas Regional Governor Vladimir Krumov announced, quoted by BNR.
"There are currently 4 fire brigade teams on the ground, 6 police teams. Last night at 9 p.m. the last signal on the 112 phone for the evacuation of employees from a hotel complex. According to initial data, about 200 people were evacuated, they were accommodated in other complexes in "St. Vlas" and Nessebar. 80 people passed through the Bulgarian Red Cross checkpoint, 10 of them were provided with medical assistance, and the rest were provided with psychological assistance.", Krumov pointed out.
Most people live permanently in "Elenite".
A Commission will be convened to work on the causes of the water disaster in the complex, the regional governor added.
