Checks on the legality of construction in the holiday village "Elenite" continue, BNT reports.
Yesterday, during massive police actions, documents were seized from the building of the Nessebar Municipality, the Regional Environmental Inspectorate - Burgas and the regional eco-inspection. The inspection is being carried out under the supervision of the District Prosecutor's Office.
According to the Minister of Environment, in the last 15 years, not a single site in the area of "Kozluka" has not passed the full eco-assessment procedure.
The resort remained closed overnight for safety reasons due to new rainfall.
It is expected that residents' access to their homes will be restored after 8:30 a.m.
A committee of experts has also been appointed to inspect the built-up ravine in the resort complex in order to assess whether it is possible to clean it in order to ensure water flow in the event of possible future rainfall.
