Nikola Burgazliev, who ran over a family in Sunny Beach with an ATV and took the life of 35-year-old Hristina, demanded that the investigation be started from the beginning, BNT reported.
The request was submitted by the accused's lawyer.
He disputes the legality of the investigative actions carried out by the National Investigation.
His reasons are that they were ordered by Acting Prosecutor General Borislav Sarafov, who, according to the defense, has no such functions after July 21.
