A national four-hour strike is coming up in Italy on October 13 – from 12:00 to 16:00, on air transport, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) reported, quoted by FOCUS.
Cancellation or delay of flights are possible, especially at major airports in the country, the Situation Center of the ministry informed.
The ministry recommends that Bulgarian citizens residing in Italy for a short or long term and planning air travel on the specified day, check in advance the information about their flights on the websites of the relevant airlines.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also recommends that Bulgarian citizens traveling, temporarily or permanently residing abroad, take advantage of the opportunity to register in the "I am traveling to…" section at the following address: https://www.mfa.bg/bg/embassyinfo/italy. This will greatly assist in providing rapid and adequate assistance from diplomatic and consular missions in the event of an urgent need.
