The President of Hungary Tamás Šuyok is in Bulgaria at the invitation of the Bulgarian Head of State Rumen Radev.
The ceremony of the official welcoming of President Tamás Šuyok to Bulgaria will take place at 10:00 a.m. on the "St. Alexander Nevski" Square in Sofia, the presidential institution announced.
The President of Hungary will pay tribute to the Monument to the Unknown Soldier, after which Rumen Radev and Tamás Šuyok will lay flowers in front of the memorial plaque for the Day of Bulgarian-Hungarian Friendship in front of the church "St. Sofia“.
From 10:35 at “Dondukov“ 2, the presidents of Bulgaria and Hungary will hold a “private” meeting, after which plenary talks between the official delegations of Bulgaria and Hungary will take place. After that, Rumen Radev and Tamas Sujok will make joint statements to the media in the Coat of Arms Hall of the presidential institution.
The President of Hungary arrived in our country yesterday, and was welcomed in Smolyan by the head of state Rumen Radev. The two visited the “László Nagy” house-museum, where manuscripts and works of the Hungarian writer, who is also an honorary citizen of Smolyan, are exhibited.
