The National Assembly is expected to resume its work after the interruption due to lack of quorum last week, BNT reports.

It is yet to be clear when the issue of a rotating speaker of the parliament will be discussed, after GERB and ITN requested such a change in the rules of operation of the National Assembly.
Talks on the budget for next year should continue in the coming days. Two important bills are included in the preliminary program of the deputies.
They must consider the Water Supply and Sewerage Act. The goal is to have a unified regulation that will improve the regulatory framework for water supply in the country.
The deputies are also expected to consider the Draft Law on Ratification of the Agreement between Bulgaria and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, which is one of the major investors in the country.
Since the beginning of its activities, it has financed 307 projects for more than 4 billion and 700 million euros.
