In my opinion, it is normal for there to be a rotation of the speaker of the National Assembly. My feeling is that after the New Year there will be a change of speaker of the National Assembly. I don't see any point in rushing with this rotation now," predicts Algafari.
"Rumen Radev is trying to stop the appointments by the Council of Ministers in every way. His job is to sign these appointments.
