Nidal Algafari: The key to new elections is held by Borisov and Peevski, and secondly by Zafirov and Trifonov - 1

In my opinion, Boyko Borisov got angry about the elections in Pazardzhik because all other parties had large numbers of representatives, including deputies, who did not stop pressuring the people, and GERB did not do this. In the end, GERB lost one municipal councilor, which is not fatal.

This was stated in the program "Denyat na Zievo" on NOVA NEWS by political analyst Nidal Algafari, who comments on current events in the country.

"For me, Boyko Borisov wanted to feel the rhythm of his party. After seeing that everything was in order, he moved on to negotiations with the coalition partners. Boyko Borisov is GERB and GERB is Boyko Borisov. No one can tear even a shred of GERB away. Of course, there are always those who leave, but I don't think there is any startling event in GERB at the moment. First of all, the key to new elections is held by Boyko Borisov and Delyan Peevski, and secondly by Atanas Zafirov and Slavi Trifonov. Today, DPS-New Beginning announced that they will support the cabinet without asking for anything in return. Delyan Peevski showed the most statesmanlike thinking so that there would be no turmoil before entering the eurozone. For me, the BSP and "There is such a people" should be grateful to him for that," he added.

"It is normal for there to be turmoil in any coalition. Those who are struggling and need support are the BSP and ITN. They are cowering in Boyko Borisov, I don't see why they should cower in Delyan Peevski. Boyko Borisov made two big compromises. The first is that he refused to be prime minister. The second is that he gave the post of speaker of the National Assembly to the BSP, who were far behind GERB. In my opinion, it is normal for there to be a rotation of the speaker of the National Assembly. My feeling is that after the New Year there will be a change of speaker of the National Assembly. I don't see any point in rushing with this rotation now," predicts Algafari.

"Rumen Radev is trying to stop the appointments by the Council of Ministers in every way. His job is to sign these appointments. With the changes in the various laws, the ruling party unblocked these appointments. There will be no early elections. This was stated by Boyko Borisov, Delyan Peevski, and the BSP. I don't see how Radev will leave the presidential post to form a party. "I don't see how there will be a wave of protests that will trigger early elections," Nidal Alghafari was categorical.
