Sofia residents report a dangerous intersection in the capital. A few days ago, a pedestrian died, hit by a car, while crossing a red light at an intersection on “Todor Kableshkov” Blvd. According to locals, the place regularly turns into a speed bump.
This was revealed by “Nova TV”.
“We need to secure the area. Traffic lights need to be installed, the islands between the sections are also dangerous. If there were artificial bumps, it probably wouldn't have resulted in another accident with a victim a few days ago”, explained on the air of “Zdravej, Bulgaria” Ms. Georgieva.
The Sofia Municipality told NOVA that it is a matter of days before the traffic lights are put into operation.
