"I will comment on President Rumen Radev only if he said where we can get a million and 50 thousand leva for "Botash" today,", GERB leader Boyko Borisov told the media on the sidelines of parliament, reported NOVINI.BG.
Regarding the resignation of Natalia Kiselova as Speaker of the National Assembly (NA), Borisov said that a resignation is not voted on and reminded that a resignation is not voted on and when she was elected to the post she held.
"Now there will be a presidential council. Now the rotation is enshrined in the agreement," he also said.
Borisov said that he sees no point in having tension with the BSP.
The Supreme Judicial Council will soon be filled, the GERB leader said. The Supreme Judicial Council has an expired mandate and therefore cannot elect a regular prosecutor general to replace Borislav Sarafov.
Earlier today, Parliament Speaker Natalia Kiselova announced that she had resigned, after yesterday the three formations in the government agreed to rotate the post every ten months. Kiselova turned that age on October 6 and this morning she stepped down, and her place was taken by her previous deputy Raya Nazaryan from GERB.
Today Borisov denied that there was any tension between GERB and the BSP on this occasion.
While he was speaking, Nazaryan gave a 15-minute break to hold a presidential council to discuss when the election of a new speaker of the National Assembly would be voted on.
„Today we are signing a coalition agreement. Kiselova was elected when the parliament could not yet function. Now the rotation is enshrined in the coalition agreement – every ten months the three parties“, Borisov explained.
