The decision of the Coalition Council for a joint agreement on the rotation of the Speaker of the National Assembly is a sign of sharing responsibility. This was stated on the sidelines of the parliament by the deputy chairman of the ITN group Stanislav Balabanov.
In his words, the ITN is responsible for preserving the current structure of three parties in the government without the official inclusion of "DPS - New Beginning":
"This is a sign of sharing responsibility. With our actions in the Joint Governance Council, the ruling minority has preserved its structure of three political formations. In fact, the reality is that "DPS-New Beginning" they do not receive any power in either the executive or the legislative branches, but it is good when the legislative program of the three parties really meets the support of other political formations".
