„For another year, we have an income policy that provides a 5% increase in salaries in the budget sector, which obviously will not even cover inflation. 6.4% is the annual increase in the cost of living, a living wage, for a worker living alone“, Dimitrov also said.
„Scandalous news is that the minimum wage is being reduced. There is no way we can accept this. In the Tripartite Council, no one stated, neither Deputy Prime Minister Donchev, nor anyone else, that the government intends to reduce the minimum wage, to change the Labor Code, but vice versa. Numbers were introduced, you know what, 1213 leva and it was stated that this was the government's intention“, said Plamen Dimitrov.
“Now, what is actually being reduced in the income of those who work on the minimum wage? Even to 605 euros, if that is it. Of course, we want it to return to 620 euros, where it should be. But there, let's not forget that the worker pays 0.88% of these 2%. That is, 40 percentage points. He pays less than half“, Dimitrov also pointed out.

„The aspiration to inflate the public sector by the communists from the Bulgarian Confederation of Trade Unions and the Bulgarian Socialist Party will lead us not to stagnation, but to the most ominous economic situation - stagflation“.
„There is no such movie as stagflation. Mr. Domuschiev should read more books. Obviously, we are not heading towards any such scenario. If his parents were communists, I am not there“, said Dimitrov.
„What we are doing right now is not to increase public spending, but to finance the systems in an adequate manner.
