The bus station in Pernik, which is a key object in the city's transport infrastructure, has been announced for sale. This is shown by a reference in the sales portal of the National Revenue Agency (NRA). The property is being offered for auction through secret bidding, with the starting price set at 3,043,587.60 leva.
The sale covers a land plot with an area of 6,809 square meters, intended for a “bus station, bus stop“. The land is located in an urbanized area and is privately owned. Two buildings are located on it - a two-story transport building with an area of 1,105 square meters and a one-story building of 24 square meters, used for storage or infrastructure needs. The documentation notes that the property is encumbered with encumbrances.
Among the main advantages of the property is its strategic location. It is located in close proximity to the Pernik railway station. The two facilities are connected by an underpass, which facilitates the transfer of passengers and creates opportunities for the development of combined transport services in the region.
The tender was announced on October 17, and candidates can submit their proposals in the period from November 12 to 19. A deposit of BGN 608,717.52 is required to participate, and inspections of the property will be held from November 11 to 18 between 10:00 and 16:00.
