"For more than ten days, the current Speaker of the Parliament Natalia Kiselova has been concealing two signals to the institutions and the National Assembly with very serious documented crimes involving the siphoning of state resources". This was announced by the leader of the MECH party Radostin Vassilev at an extraordinary press conference in the National Assembly, quoted by news.bg.
The acting Prosecutor General Borislav Sarafov, President Rumen Radev and all parliamentary groups in the 51st National Assembly have been informed about the case.
According to him, MECH obtained the signals by accident. The first signal is from Grigor Zdravkov, who represents "Antimafia". It concerns crimes of falsification of a declaration of a deputy from "Velichy" during the election campaign for parliament. According to the signal, Maria Ilieva - a member of parliament from "Velichy", did not fill out a declaration for the registration of the party in Plovdiv and Sofia.
Another person forged and falsified the declaration of Maria Ilieva - Stiliyana Bobcheva. "Without this declaration, the CEC declared Maria Ilieva a member of parliament, although the latter did not fill out the entire factual composition to be a member of parliament. The declaration is filled out in person, applied to the Regional Election Commission (REC) for registration and if Grigor Zdravkov's claims that he was a direct witness are true, it means that the parliamentary group of "Velichy" there is an illegal deputy, an illegal party and it must be dissolved", Vassilev pointed out.
As a result of the first signal, MECH conducted a preliminary examination with experts of the signatures, which are disputed as being genuine. A comparative analysis was used and the preliminary results are that this is not the handwriting and signature of Maria Ilieva.
"If this is true, those who are fighters for freedom and truth are an illegal group. If it is established that there is no completed declaration, there will be a constitutional crisis", warned Radostin Vassilev. By law, Maria Ilieva should be punished with 1 to 10 years in prison, and both she and Stiliyana Bobcheva should have their immunity lifted and be banned from the National Assembly.
The second signal - again from "Antimafia", is about the subsidy of the "Velichye" party. The signal claims that there is data in the Court of Auditors that the funds are being spent illegally and inappropriately for companies related to Ivelin Mihaylov. The signals mention that there are victims of financial fraud involving Albena Pekova, the actual chairwoman of "Velichye". The party subsidy of the party is what allows for partial party independence of business entities.
If "Velichye" drain the state through subsidies and for contracts for activities that have not been carried out and remain unnoticed in the Chamber of Accounts, this means that the party is protected by the chairman of the chamber - Dimitar Glavchev. There is an umbrella over "Velichy" in the Chamber of Accounts, Vassilev pointed out.
"This thing with Maria Ilieva and Stiliyana Bobcheva could lead to a blockage of the parliament and we will insist on an extraordinary presidential council. If Maria Ilieva has not completed her declaration, she can no longer be in the hall of the National Assembly," emphasized Radostin Vassilev.
The MECH parliamentary group has also received 12 signals about people defrauded by Ivelin Mihaylov in the last six months. At the press conference, Vassilev had invited a deceived young girl who wanted to commit suicide - Victoria Doseva and her mother.
The wish was from the son of Krasimira Katincharova, who is a member of parliament from "Velichy" - Rumen Katincharov, to withdraw 100,000 leva for business. Victoria Doseva and Rumen Katincharov had a close relationship. Subsequently, Katincharova's son disappeared and refused to return the money and pay interest. He offered a non-existent apartment in Varna, and later transferred 200 leva "for peace of mind" to the victim of the financial fraud.
"Should such members of parliament, such sons and such parties be in the National Assembly? "Categorical property fraud," Vassilev said.
Radostin Vassilev threatened to bring all parties affected by Ivelin Mihaylov to parliament.
The victim of the financial fraud herself - Victoria Doseva, confirmed the scheme on the part of Rumen Katincharov's son. "I withdrew the money, transferred it to him under the pretext of a contract that we never signed. During this time, I was looking for money, but he kept saying that he didn't have it and I was forced to work in two places because my installment was late. He offered me an apartment, but I didn't sign it, because it's another kind of fraud. He sent me installments via "Easypay" under the pretext of "help, a gift for peace of mind", which is super funny," Doseva shared. Subsequently, Katincharova's son decided to draw up a settlement agreement, but the victim of the fraud did not sign it.
Another deceived person, according to Radostin Vassilev, who was present during the press conference, is Zlatan Zlatev from Dobrich, who saw an advertisement for "Together" to buy a house near the "Historical Park". He received neither a house nor plots of land, but two loans. He repaid the first loan after selling a mortgaged apartment in Dobrich.
Zlatan Zlatev explained that he met with Martin Stoyanov (a close friend of Mihaylov - editor's note) and began offering him books from which he could learn about finances. "They offered me an investment for the house in question, whose location was unknown", shared Zlatev. He added that in the summer of 2024, Miroslav Stoyanov offered to transfer him a house in Neofit Rilski and that he could sell it. Then it came to a conversation with Plamen Kanchev that if "Velichy" entered parliament, they would have money and repay the loans.
