"Party leaders can speak in large numbers - about many things. This is their political term and way of behaving. We, the younger ones, the citizens, must preserve a little of the authority of the government, because there is no state. We cannot spit on everything. It's not fair," Rashidov said.
"I could say that the state has been let down. The fact is that the street is dispensing justice from morning to night. They fight, crash, beat doctors, beat teachers. We are killing each other indiscriminately. There is fear of the state, of the government. We have elected this government and have voluntarily decided to obey," Rashidov commented.
"You know how politicians and flies are killed? - with a newspaper. The government is afraid of the gossip. Everyone is afraid of the gossip. And we are making a terrible gossip, without realizing that this is working against us," Rashidov also said.
