The Presidium of the National Assembly has decided to refer the case to the Central Election Commission due to doubts that the deputy from the "Velichye" party, Maria Ilieva, may not be a legitimate member of parliament.

The news was announced on the sidelines of the parliament by the leader of MECH, Radostin Vassilev. According to him, eight of the nine parliamentary groups supported "sending a letter to the Central Election Commission to check the case, BNR reported.
