The Parliament is to discuss changes to the Energy Efficiency Act today at second reading, the draft program of the National Assembly for this week provides, BTA wrote.
The amendments were submitted by Pavela Mitova ("Ima takvi narod"), Dragomir Stoynev ("BSP-United Left"), Delyan Dobrev (GERB-SDF) and Stanislav Anastasov ("DPS-New Beginning") and were adopted at first reading on October 31 this year.
The changes create a National Decarbonization Fund by transforming the "Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Sources" Fund. The National Decarbonization Fund is planned to be the main financial structure in support of the building stock in Bulgaria.
The draft program of the parliament includes the second reading of amendments to the Health Insurance Act and the Criminal Procedure Code (CPC). This week, the deputies are expected to consider at first reading four other bills amending the CPC, submitted by opposition deputies.
The first item on Thursday is proposed to be the first reading of two bills amending the Environmental Protection Act. One was submitted by Kostadin Kostadinov ("Vazrazhdane") and a group of deputies, and the second - by Nikolay Nankov (GERB-SDF) and a group of deputies. The agenda also includes the continuation of the first reading of amendments to the Law on the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as the first reading of amendments to the Law on the National Security Service and the Labor Code.
The first item on Friday is a blitz control with the participation of the Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Ministers, which was supposed to take place last Friday, but was postponed. After that, there will be regular parliamentary control.
