President Rumen Radev vetoed the special manager of "Lukoil". Former Deputy Minister of Energy Elenko Bozhkov said on the program "Denyat ON AIR" that in 4 points in his reasons today, the president outlined the most important things in detail.

Bozhkov emphasized that if Radev had not returned the law for revision, it would have been bad for our image as a country.
"The president is obliged to return it because of the inconsistencies. In the substantive part, things are tragic in terms of efficiency. This law provides opportunities for abuse and excess of rights," the expert pointed out to Bulgaria ON AIR.
Bozhkov drew attention to the fact that the powers of the special commercial manager are not listed exhaustively.
The owner cannot defend his rights in court, this is prohibited by law, he warned. Bozhkov added that the special manager is given the opportunity to dispose of the bank's assets.
"He can also dispose of other commercial companies, not only those from the critical infrastructure," said Ganiela Angelova's interlocutor.
The coalition allows what happened with BTC to happen - to be abused, Bozhkov concluded.
