The Commission for the Protection of Competition (CPC) initiated open proceedings against the Agency “Road Infrastructure“ (API) upon a complaint by a company. The decision to initiate open proceedings was published on its website, BTA specified.
The complaint was filed by “Fostalpin Krems Finaltechnik“ GmbH, Austria against the decision of RIA to construct, repair and restore road restraint systems on the republican roads, on the territory of the country, managed by the agency, in accordance with Art. 19, para. 1, t.
The complaint was filed under the Public Procurement Act (PPA).
