In the coming days, the organization of traffic will be temporarily changed in sections of the Struma Highway in the Sofia, Pernik and Kyustendil districts, the Road Infrastructure Agency announced, quoted by dariknews.bg.
From tomorrow - November 15, until November 21, activities will be carried out to improve drainage in the section from km 0 to km 37 of the Struma Highway in the Sofia and Pernik districts.
From November 15 to 21, from 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., work will be carried out in the section from km 10 to km 37 at the Dolna Dikanya intersection in both lanes for movement on the motorway. In order to deploy the necessary road maintenance equipment, access to the emergency lane will be gradually restricted. Traffic will move to the active and fast lanes.
From November 17 /Monday/ to November 21 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., activities to improve drainage will be carried out in the section from km 0 to 10 in both lanes of the Struma Motorway in the Sofia Region. Access to the emergency lane will be limited, and vehicles will move to the active and fast lanes.
From November 17 to 21, between 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. for geodetic surveying, in connection with the upcoming repair of the asphalt pavement, traffic will be gradually restricted in both directions on the overtaking lanes from km 37 to 56 of the motorway „Struma“ in Kyustendil district. Vehicles will be redirected to the active lane.
The „Road Infrastructure“ Agency appeals to drivers to drive carefully, at a reasonable speed and to obey traffic signals.
