This is the possible budget, even when we were considering it in the Council of Ministers, I said that this budget is not the best. This was stated by Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov in Razgrad.
"Personally, I have many things that I would like to be reflected in the budget, but this is the optimal budget that the coalition, the majority in parliament can and will support. It reflects the existing regulatory framework on which it is based, but also the trends that need to change in the current legislation so that we have a better budget for 2027," the Prime Minister added.
"If we have to characterize it, it is neither liberal nor conservative, neither left nor right. This is the budget that should allow all macroeconomic indicators to be reflected so that Bulgaria can smoothly transition to the euro, without strong inflationary shocks and without reducing incomes that should outpace the growth of inflation," commented Zhelyazkov.
The Prime Minister also defended the election of Rumen Spetsov as special manager of the "Lukoil" companies and emphasized that representatives of the president were invited to the Security Council, but they did not respond. The place for this conversation was yesterday, added Zhelyazkov.
The program of the Prime Minister's visit to Razgrad includes a working meeting with mayors from the region, an inspection of the renovation of the "Maqbul Ibrahim Pasha" mosque and an inspection of the progress of the work on the painting of the "St. Tsar Boris-Mikhail the Baptist" church.
