During the day, there will be significant high cloudiness over the country. In the Danube Plain, it will remain mostly foggy and almost quiet in many places throughout the day. By noon, the fog in the southern half of the country will persist. Around and after noon, a south-southwest wind will start to blow, which will be moderate north of the mountains and in the eastern regions.
Maximum temperatures will be between 16° and 21°, in the Danube Plain in places with more permanent fog - between 8° and 13°, for Sofia - about 17°.
On the Black Sea coast in the morning there will be reduced visibility and fog in places. There will be scattered high clouds. Around and after noon a moderate and temporarily strong wind will blow from the south-southwest. Maximum temperatures will be between 18° and 21°. The temperature of the sea water is 14°-16°. The sea waves will be about 2 points.
Above the mountains there will be significant high and medium cloudiness. The wind from the south-southwest will strengthen and in the highest parts it will also be stormy. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1200 meters will be around 18°C, at 2000 meters - around 11°C.
On Tuesday and Wednesday it will be cloudy, with precipitation, in more places and more significant in quantity in Northern and Western Bulgaria. With the wind orientation from the northwest, cold air will briefly penetrate. The minimum temperatures on Wednesday will be from 6°C to 11°C, and the maximum - between 10°C and 15°C. In the southeastern regions, where a moderate wind will continue to blow from the south-southwest, it will remain relatively warm with minimum temperatures of 16°C-17°C, maximum temperatures of 20°C-22°C.
