Rainfalls will also start in the western half of the country at night. They will be more significant in the Eastern Rhodopes region. There will be a weak, moderate to strong southerly wind in Eastern Bulgaria and north of the mountains.
Minimum temperatures will be from 7° to 12°, in Eastern Bulgaria between 12° and 16°.
Maximums in Northern and Western Bulgaria will drop sharply, but not in Eastern Bulgaria. They will be from 8°-9° in the northwestern regions of the country to 21° in the southeast, in Sofia around 15°.
A weak to moderate northwest wind will blow in the Danube Plain, a moderate and strong southwest wind in Eastern Bulgaria. A warning for windy weather is in effect in the southern and eastern regions.
Mainly in Northern and Western Bulgaria it will continue to rain during the day and at night on Wednesday. There, as well as in the Eastern Rhodopes, significant amounts are expected. A yellow code is in effect.
It will also be cloudy along the Black Sea coast. In the afternoon and evening it will rain mainly along the northern coast. A moderate and strong southwest wind will blow, strongest along the southern coast. Temperatures in the afternoon will be between 16° and 21°. The sea waves will be 3-4 points, but with a tendency to weaken.
And in the mountains the cloudiness will be significant. Rain is also expected there, with snow above 2200-2300 meters.
However, in the Western Stara Planina, the rain/snow boundary will be at around 1600 meters, dropping to around 1300 meters in the evening. A strong and stormy southwest wind will blow.
