Ukraine was created on an American project

“This is a civil war, because on one and the other side people who speak the same language are fighting”. This was stated by the chairman of “Vazrazhdane“ Kostadin Kostadinov on the air of Darik Radio. He emphasized that in order for this to happen “Ukraine must be freed from this extremely savage, anti-human regime of Zelensky, which kills people who disagree with him. There they literally kill them like animals!”, said Kostadinov.

”In Ukraine there is an anti-human ideology that turns Russians and other minorities in general into second-class people. There they can kill and burn Russians, in Bulgaria it cannot even be said. And this has been happening for a decade,” the chairman of “Vazrazhdane” also explained.

Kostadinov said that as a student he was in Lviv in 2001 and then noticed “strong nationalist sentiments”, which, according to him, are a prerequisite for today’s escalation. “On the streets of Lviv there were inscriptions “Death to the Russians” and similar ones - that was 2001. And now I am speaking not as a politician, but as a historian - when we tried to talk to people then, they were afraid to use Russian. They spoke it willingly, but looked around so that no one would hear them. I can show hundreds of pages of evidence with murdered oppositionists in Ukraine, publicly shot journalists and not one or two, but hundreds and thousands of people. This is a process. It began in 2013 after the so-called Maidan. No country can afford the right to terrorize a part of its citizens simply because they are of a different ethnicity,” said Kostadinov.

He stated that the territorial integrity of Ukraine was guaranteed in the Budapest Memorandum, but insisted that the document included a commitment by the country to guarantee the rights of all its citizens - something that, according to him, was not fulfilled.

To explain these facts, Kostadinov stated that Ukraine was created according to an American project. As evidence, he cited information from the book “The Grand Chessboard” by the American statesman Zbigniew Brzezinski: “Russia will one day try to incorporate Ukraine back into itself, because it is half populated by Russians. We should not allow this, because Russia will again become an empire, so we should not allow it. That is why we must strengthen Ukraine, but that is why we must create a national ideology in it, which must be on an anti-Russian basis”, Kostadinov pointed out and added: “And precisely for this reason Ukraine was created, to incite against Russia, to have a civil conflict, to dig a bloody ditch between these two countries, inhabited by one people who understand each other”.

Regarding the physical beginning of the war by Russia, he made a historical analogy with the Second Balkan War, emphasizing that in such conflicts the formal initiator is often easily indicated, but the reasons are deeper. He pointed out that Bulgaria began hostilities in 1913, but the motives stemmed from the tension and violence in the regions with a Bulgarian population. According to him, the current situation between Russia and Ukraine has similar historical layers, in which causes and results are mixed.

“Some say that this was Putin's war. However, this is not so, go and see for yourself”, said Kostadinov. He predicted that this war will end with a victory for Russia: “When exactly this will happen, we cannot say. Hopefully it will happen soon. Trump is optimistic that it will happen by the end of the month. I do not believe that this will happen. Ukrainians have the right to sit at the negotiating table”, said the chairman of “Vazrazhdane“.

”This war must stop! This can happen if Zelensky's Nazi regime decides to capitulate, because it will happen anyway. The sooner it goes to the dustbin of history, where it belongs, and Ukraine becomes a free, democratic state for all its people - the better for Ukraine and for humanity as a whole,” summarized Kostadin Kostadinov.
