Employers and unions are expected to meet today with Finance Minister Temenuzhka Petkova to discuss the vision for the new state budget plan, after the procedure for adopting the 2026 Budget was halted on Thursday due to public disapproval.

We recall that the budget did not receive approval from the social partners and was unprecedentedly submitted to the National Assembly without being discussed at the Tripartite Council.
