Representatives of the PP-DB commented to journalists that the draft budget should be withdrawn, dariknews.bg reports.
"The submitter of the bill must withdraw it, they are meeting at 10 a.m., I don't know what they will come up with, the only way is to withdraw it, go through the legal procedure, convene the Tripartite, discuss it and submit it for first reading in parliament," said the leader of the DSB Atanas Atanasov.
"We have seen that a budget can be adopted in 4 weeks, if it is withdrawn today, it will be submitted for consideration next week. It can also be adopted before the New Year. We will work between Christmas and New Year, no problem, as Bulgarian citizens work. At the moment, the right thing to do is to withdraw the budget, to introduce a new macro framework", said the leader of "We continue the change" Asen Vassilev. According to him, all this must be revised in order to make the changes that citizens and businesses want. "If this does not happen - there will certainly be new protests", said Vassilev.
"Will the budget really be withdrawn. Now we will see today what the next step will be, the promise must be kept", asked Ivaylo Mirchev.
They were asked where they propose the money for pensions will come from. "The finance minister should implement them, if he is truly a finance minister. If he cannot handle this job - let him vacate the post and another finance minister come", said Vassilev.
