In the name of being illegally brought into the eurozone and destroying the Bulgarian lev, one state budget was falsified, a second one is about to be falsified, at the cost of even greater liabilities. This was stated by the chairman of "Vazrazhdane" Kostadin Kostadinov in a declaration from the parliamentary rostrum, quoted by BTA. But the Bulgarian people will not tolerate this, he warned.
"The government has a few days left, maybe weeks. It is clear that it is falling. The question is not whether, the question is when exactly it will fall", commented Kostadinov.
We have witnessed something that is unprecedented in the recent history of Bulgaria – a huge crowd of people united by one goal, a huge crowd of people who never again want to watch the celebration of the corruption of the oligarchic model in our country, Kostadinov pointed out. But the protests that began, continue and will continue until the resignation of the "Insolent" coalition of GERB, MRF, BSP and ITN were directly responsible for the criminal budget of a government that planned to put Bulgaria into a bankruptcy spiral that would lead us to over-indebtedness and the destruction of public finances, he noted.
He commented that the budget that was withdrawn was criminal, but the one that is about to be voted on and adopted will be even more criminal. In his words, the new budget will either even more brazenly repeat the imperfections and shortcomings of this budget, or it will be, together with the support of PP-DB, adopted in a situation in which everything will be disguised as entering the eurozone. In fact, the truth is that these protests that have begun and are continuing are precisely because of this, said Kostadin Kostadinov.
We will not allow another substitution of the change, said the leader of "Vazrazhdane". He called on the chairmen of the parties in the hall, who have never had any relations with the "Insolent" coalition, in his words the PP-DB is not one of them, because they ruled with GERB and the MRF, not to allow the substitution of the demands of the Bulgarian citizens who are protesting for one main thing - never again for corruption to be decisive in the political model of our country.
Yavor Bojankov (PP-DB) objected that the leader of "Vazrazhdane" cannot make a declaration on an item on the agenda. He commented that Kostadinov was talking about protests that he was not coming to because he was not going to leave. There are no Russian flags there, the PP-DB MP pointed out. Tsoncho Ganev encountered serious difficulties in leaving and we saw the attitude of the protest towards the "Vazrazhdane" party and personally towards one of the people, the deputy chairman of the Assembly, Bozhankov recalled. According to him, the "Vazrazhdane" party is unwanted at these marches.
Petar Petrov ("Vazrazhdane") objected that it is not right for MPs to interfere with the reading of a declaration and to comment on the substance of a declaration. He asked the Speaker of the Parliament to explain the rules of procedure for MPs and to punish MPs when they interfere with the reading of a declaration.
