I saw the fear in his eyes yesterday. I saw that today he was waving some signatures. This was said on the sidelines of the parliament by the co-chairman of “Yes, Bulgaria“ and PP-DB MP Ivaylo Mirchev on the occasion of today's statement to the media by the leader of the DPS-New Beginning Delyan Peevski.
Regarding the signatures in question, Mirchev explained that they were due to the consistent and firm policy of the PP-DB to assist Ukraine in its war with Russia, which is why we gave Kiev armored personnel carriers some time ago.
Then Peevski sent his secretary, who gave me the phone to talk to him. He asked to sign this document (for the sending of the APCs) in order to be released from "Magnitsky". This is happening in the plenary hall, Mirchev said.
According to him, Peevski wanted to get off the sanctions list, which is why he was ready to sign any decision initiated by the PP-DB.
“The one who spins according to what is profitable for him is the quantum lunatic Delyan Peevski“, the MP added.
At the same time, he rejected Peevski's accusations that during the protest in Sofia there were calls for violence against ethnic minorities in our country.
The only calls were directed against Delyan Peevski, Yordan Tsonev, Bairyam Bairyam and everyone else around him, Ivaylo Mirchev explained.
When asked why yesterday it was necessary to vent his anger against the NSO employee who was guarding the leader of the DPS-New Beginning, Mirchev said that his NSO security was assigned after a false signal to the National Security Agency (DANS) that a GRU unit had come to Bulgaria to eliminate him for his help to Ukraine.
“This man has had nothing to do with Ukraine for a long time. Let's remove his NSO security, this is one of our suggestions, so you can see his real scared look“, Mirchev concluded.
