"Yesterday I clearly stated that the new budget postpones, not corrects, the outrages of the old budget. And on top of that, there is a new outrage, because you see that nurses from all over the country are protesting. 200 million out of 260 million euros that were earmarked for them are gone. I really hope that the government will not lie to them for the ninth time, but when I look at how Atanas Zafirov said that the problem would be solved by July, and Prime Minister Zhelyazkov said that it would be solved by September, and the problem has not been solved yet. And it has not been solved, because nothing depends on the two of them. They go to a briefing in room 222 and do whatever they are told.
