That the government is leaving - that's what we've been saying for several weeks. The question is exactly when this will happen. Will it happen by the end of the year or, as unfortunately seems more likely, after January 1. This was stated in the studio of "Zdravej, Bulgaria" by the leader of "Vazrazhdane" Kostadin Kostadinov.
According to him, he himself was at the protest on Thursday. But he was categorical that it is unlikely that the ruling party will change its position and resign after the demonstrations, which were huge in scale. And he recalled that this has only happened once - in 1997, when the BSP refused to form a government for a second term, because it had such an opportunity.
"I do not believe that GERB and MRF will resign now because of this huge protest. It is not by chance that we call them the “Insolent Coalition“. Do you remember who the “Insolent“ were “ it was a criminal group that kidnapped people and cut off parts of their bodies. This is what the government of the “Insolent“ coalition is currently doing “ kidnapping our people and cutting them off piece by piece”, emphasized the leader of “Vazrazhdane.”
And he again emphasized his conviction that the cabinet will leave. “They no longer have either a moral or any legitimate basis to continue governing the country, including in parliament. The fear is visible in their eyes. To put it mildly, they are exhausted. But in their case, in the end, there are other factors that are more important. The factor is Peevski. Peevski is the head of the government. He is Borisov's head," Kostadinov pointed out.
