Most banks have announced that after the start of 2026 they will begin to refund utility bill payments in stages from January 3.
Paying in cash will be practically impossible, as most cash desks will not work on weekends until January 5. Therefore, it is advisable to pay electricity, water, internet, local taxes, insurance by today.
And 72 hours before the currency change, more and more people are changing their levs. By the end of January, we can pay in both currencies.
