Forgotten Europe is in alarm. Europe has revolted. It is not the euro that makes us Europeans and it is not the euro that will make us Europeans, but our faith. Our forgotten faith. The people who flooded the squares throughout Europe, in Bulgaria, show that the alarm is related to the fact that a young generation today is facing a great danger of not living its life to the fullest. This was said by the writer Dimitar Nedkov in the program "Denyat ON AIR".
Europe wanted war - these people who came out, did they want war, the writer asked.
"Two or three generations came out to the squares at the same time. The way this generation speaks, the way it expresses indignation, the word creation that they display - suggests that the generation that is a bookish generation has awakened. It was expected. Today, a generation that is a reader came out to the squares", Nedkov told Bulgaria ON AIR.
In his words, any arrogance that has reached "its greatest amplitude, especially in Bulgaria, of politicians, generates anger because it affects human dignity".
"A new beginning cannot be made with old servitude and young people realize it. "Since we mentioned the euro - the chaos that has begun shows that our collective political body does not care, that it is incapable of organizing the present for the people," the writer believes.
According to him, a difficult year of self-awareness is ahead.
"The only refuge for man will remain families. Let there be no war - this is the great battle," concluded Nedkov.
