The trauma departments in the two hospitals were overflowing with patients. About 100 people sought help after falls. The local authorities are introducing emergency measures. All bus and trolleybus lines serving public transport in Ruse will transport passengers for free.
Free parking will be available in municipal parking lots and paid zones in the city. Over 110 signals have been submitted to the 112 telephone number due to the ice in Ruse, the regional administration reports.
