MPs end work after three unsuccessful attempts to register, reports novini.bg. At the beginning of Friday's session, only 117 MPs registered. Parliament Speaker Kostadin Angelov announced that the next attempt to register would be at 9.30 am.
Shortly after 9.30 am, MPs made a second attempt to establish a quorum, which was again unsuccessful. Despite the full plenary hall, only 119 MPs registered.
The third and final attempt was held at 10.00 am, with only 119 MPs registering again. The next regular plenary session will be held on January 28.
We recall that today the deputies were supposed to make a second attempt to consider the changes to the Electoral Code.
