Today there will also be areas with negative maximum temperatures, but only in the western and central regions of the Danube Plain, where it will remain foggy throughout the day.
In the rest of the country, a moderate wind will blow from the south-southeast and temperatures in the afternoon will be from 2° to 10°, in Sofia - around 3°.
It will be mostly cloudy, and in the afternoon rain showers will begin, first in Southwestern Bulgaria.
A strong and stormy southerly wind will blow in the mountains. And there it will rain in the second half of the day, with the boundary between snow and rain being too high, at around 2000 meters.
On the night of Thursday and on Thursday there will be rain, significant in places in Eastern Bulgaria and in the mountains. In the Danube Plain, precipitation will be light, there are conditions for ice formation. Warming will continue.
On Friday the precipitation will temporarily stop, but later in the afternoon it will rain again from the southwest and the precipitation will quickly cover the country. The amounts will again be significant in the Rila-Rhodope region.
On Saturday, there will be almost no precipitation, there will also be sunny hours, but on Sunday it will rain again and with the upcoming new cold snap in Northern Bulgaria and the high fields in the West, the rain will turn into snow.
