SANS may be not only active observers, but also organizers. This was stated to journalists in parliament by the chairman of "We Continue the Change" Assen Vassilev.
He pointed out that SANS is covering up a crime, which is an occasion for a serious crime.
“A statement from the Ministry of Interior made it clear that the group had been monitored for more than 12 months with agents embedded in it by SANS. If the SANS allowed the horrors to happen, about which the Prosecutor's Office is currently trying to extract information, this means that they are not only active observers, but perhaps also organizers of this thing”, he added.
“You clearly realize what it means for SANS to have actively participated in the events attributed to the group in Petrokhan? This means that the state itself has patronized and stretched an umbrella over these people. The state in the person of Denyo Denev, whose resignation we demanded back in 2023 due to the fact that he destroyed the machine vote in the first round of the elections for mayors and municipal councils.
We were unable to accept this resignation then with the “Denkov” cabinet, because at that time Rumen Radev as president did not allow the resignation of the head and deputy head of SANS. "We hope that now this person who is obviously covering up crimes or committing them will finally leave the national security system," Vassilev further commented.
