However, this was in response to a question about whether there were agents in Ivaylo Kalushev's association "National Agency for Control of Protected Areas" (NACPT) in the hut.
"Given the signals received by us and the inspection carried out, all materials have been sent to the prosecutor's office. "DANS has done its job, an inspection has been carried out, data on crimes have been established and we have sent them to the prosecutor's office," Denev replied in response to a question about signals sent years ago to SANS for violations related to the association.

During the hearing, Denev said that in June 2024, SANS received signals against the non-governmental organization related to the "Petrohan" case.
On June 13, 2024, SANS received a signal from citizens against the non-governmental organization "National Agency for Control of Protected Territories". On June 15, 2024, a second signal from the same individuals was received by SANS's official email. The two signals are addressed to the State Agency for Child Protection, the Ministry of Interior, the Prosecutor's Office and the National Security Agency, Denev added, quoted by BTA.
