It's as if some hole opened and another face was shown to some of us. Hopefully we learn the necessary lessons. This was stated regarding the "Petrohan" case by the leader of the ITN, Slavi Trifonov, in a conversation with representatives of the party, part of a program broadcast on his personal television.
"Why are you politicizing this topic?", he turned to the MP from the ITN, Toshko Yordanov.
"There is a sect, organized as an NGO, with the political patronage of the PP-DB, in our office, while we were with them. There are covered-up signals from politicians and these are facts," commented Yordanov.
According to Trifonov, it does not matter that the opposition does not like the opinion of the ITN, because the most important thing is for the truth to come out.
The party representatives commented at length on the financing of the non-governmental organization, which is at the root of the horror in "Petrohan". "We follow the path of the politicians' money. 56 million were given to Green activists and their NGOs. The PP has financed and protects such organizations and sects," stated Stanislav Balabanov.
The mayor of Sofia, Vasil Terziev, also intervened in the conversation between the leader and the ITN deputies. "If he gave this money to this scandalous NGO, then he should resign", he said.
Balabanov recalled that Kalushev's NGO had received donations of about 80,000 euros, which were not declared anywhere.
