Ivaylo Kalushev was interested in PVU and the privatization of the Sofia District Heating Company. After the investigation materials were sent to parliament, BNT received some of them.
The notes make it clear that Kalushev had an interest in religious practices related to the creation of a cult of him by the other participants in the group. Other notes shed light on his interests in green policies.
Kalushev kept notes from his meetings on the privatization of the Sofia District Heating Company and public-private partnership for green policies, waste management and construction of a municipal waste processing plant, it is clear from the notes.
