The level of the Yantra River in Veliko Tarnovo is gradually falling, after reaching one meter below the risk level on Saturday. There is no danger of overflow at this time, but all reservoirs are under constant monitoring due to the intense snowmelt.
The partial state of emergency remains in force in the village of Obruchishte, Galabovo municipality, although the situation in the village is normalizing. In the lowest part of the village, the ground floors and basements of 6 houses are flooded, there are no injured or distressed people.
