Tonight we have a unique chance to remove Borislav Sarafov from the post he illegally holds as prosecutor general - his term expired more than 6 months ago. This was stated by the leader of "Continuing the Change" Assen Vassilev in parliament, "Focus" reported.
The "Justice for All" civil association is convening a new rally today at 6:30 p.m. in front of the Courthouse against the acting prosecutor general Borislav Sarafov. The protest is under the title " "Sarafoff - Operation Insignificant".
"More than 6 months ago his mandate expired, let's urge the Supreme Judicial Council to stop tearing up miniscule documents, start doing their job, for which they receive salaries of 7,500 euros per month and remove Sarafov, appoint a new prosecutor general", called on Asen Vassilev.
"I didn't replace them'', said Vassilev regarding a question about the replaced 28 regional governors and the accusations that they are all PP - DB activists.
''Fair elections mean that the Ministry of Interior should stop the bought vote of GERB and MRF - for this purpose all the umbrellas who were appointed by Kalin Stoyanov (note: former Minister of Interior) must be removed from the Ministry of Interior", he also said the MP.
The MP also commented on the "Petrohan" case.
