Another drastic violation of good election practices - we are already in a campaign, we have a recorded chronogram. And now, instead of dealing with important election matters, we are dealing with rewriting the rights of Bulgarians abroad. This was stated to BTV by Tsvetelina Peneva, a member of the Public Council of the Central Election Commission.
"We will witness well-organized election tourism from Turkey on election day", she believes.
"This decision aims to limit the sections in Turkey. All parties see it as a bonus for the DPS party and all parties have tried to limit it over the years," said political scientist and election expert Daniel Stefanov.
"From 150 sections in 15 years, the sections have become 700 - this is a big administrative problem for the Foreign Ministry. We are opening sections in a broad way - where there are declarations of participation."
Stefanov revealed that all parties have a problem gathering their people in the SIC, which are 100,000 people. If we introduce qualification tests, the percentage will drop to 20.
He called for the election protocol to be simplified at the end of the day.
According to Peneva, there should be a "fast track" for clean protocols.
