The parliamentary group of DPS-NEW BEGINNING will introduce changes to the Law on the Budget of the Public Service Commission, which provide for Easter supplements for pensioners below the poverty line, announced leader Delyan Peevski, the party's press center reports.
The project provides for one-time assistance for the poorest pensioners.
Last year, the measure was again adopted at the proposal of DPS-NEW BEGINNING and reached nearly 680,000 pensioners.
„The Parliament and the caretaker government should deal less with internal dramas and squabbles and listen more to the agenda of people, and it is related to the prices of fuel, electricity, water, food and the daily increase in the cost of living“, says Peevski's position.
