I still think that there are high-ranking prosecutors who have been disciplined or dismissed from a high position who can incidentally attack this action of the Supreme Judicial Council. This is the only possible outcome that we have not checked.

Roman Vassilev confirmed that there have been several requests for the resumption of cases that have been left without consideration, due to the fact that the I.F. is illegitimate. That's why I say that justice is currently suffering.
