On Thursday we will present the program - the first is what the state should be like in terms of corruption and crime, politicians must bear responsibility for what is happening. Let's introduce an order in which corruption is impossible, when the judicial system together with the law enforcement agencies do the preventive work. This was stated by Anton Kutev from "Progressive Bulgaria" in the studio of "Denyat ON AIR".
Changes in the Constitution
"We must regain that state in which there are rules and everyone who breaks them follows them. Rumen Radev will not let people scurry under him, he will not stake his authority - his own and that of his project - on someone earning some money as a minister or deputy minister. I am convinced that the measures he would take in such cases would be tough," he added.
Kutev expressed hope that real judicial reform would finally happen in Bulgaria.
He was categorical that if anyone currently has a real opportunity to win 120 deputies and have a real majority - it is "Progressive Bulgaria".
"In this case, there will be at least two majorities - one of the 120 deputies, which will allow us to form our own government, and the second is a constitutional majority, which obviously cannot be achieved only with the forces of "Progressive Bulgaria", that is, majorities will be sought regarding constitutional changes, the Constitution in this form cannot continue to work," Kutev also commented on the air of Bulgaria ON AIR.
According to him, a draft for a new The Constitution is not currently on the agenda.
"I hope that a consensus will be reached in the new National Assembly for changes to the Constitution. The replacement of the Prosecutor General is an important step in judicial reform, but it is not the only one. It is clear that judicial reform with Peevski and Borisov cannot be done. Radev does not want to replace one oligarchy with another", he emphasized.
The probable partners
"The chances of PP-DB reaching 120 and ours are completely different. In sociology, we have a huge reserve and it is in those who have not voted so far and we will see if there will be a wave and how big it will be. A conversation about partners before we have seen the ratio cannot be held. I trust Krum Zarkov very much and I like him as a politician. In "Progressive Bulgaria" there are both leftists and rightists, there are people from the entire political spectrum. We are faced with the dilemma of either "Progressive Bulgaria" or a conquered state, there is no other force that can dismantle it. We have plans and a way out in any situation. Radev can govern well. We must strive for a full majority," the guest commented.
The lists of "Progressive Bulgaria"
Anton Kutev noted that he did not want me to be the leader of the list.
"Radev is trying to show something with the lists - obviously the search for new and different figures and faces. I like and support the project because I believe in it. The fact that I am not the leader is agreed upon and reasonable. The coalition is clearly positioned and supported by different people. The very definition of left and right currently makes no sense, because we are setting other goals - the main one is the fight against corruption and the conquered state, which concerns both the left and the right," added Anton Kutev and emphasized that the financing of "Progressive Bulgaria" certainly meets the legal requirements.
"I do not see a way in which Radev will be involved in incorrect and illegal financing," said Anton Kutev.
