The socialist turned to the other participants in the elections to ask whether they find the silence that these magistrates use to protect themselves from the most reasonable questions acceptable. According to him, Bulgarian society must understand that while a legislative power is constantly being issued, which replaces the executive, the judiciary is occupied by a person who has no right to be there. “I am talking about the acting Prosecutor General Sarafov.“, Zarkov specified. According to him, if the affairs of Petar Petrov-Euroto, Martin Notarius and all derivatives are not brought to an end – from Teodora Rusinova to Emilia Rusinova, Bulgaria is doomed to a cycle of elections and fruitless debates.
The BSP Chairman called on all parties that are fighting for the trust of citizens to answer the following questions: “How do they assess the status of Borislav Sarafov? For them, is he legal or illegal? How do they assess the actions of the Prosecutorial College of the Supreme Judicial Council? For them, are they adequate or inadequate? What do they intend to do to ensure answers from Prosecutor Rusinova? Did she travel in this car or not? Did she know who she was riding with or did she not know who she was riding with? The difference between us and others is that we will not give up on finding the answers to these questions.“, Zarkov is categorical.
