Rumen Radev: More and more people are raising their heads boldly and committing to the country's progress

The full halls and squares that welcome the participants in the lists of „Progressive Bulgaria“ show that people in the regions are beginning to overcome the fear of oligarchs and scoundrels. This was stated by the leader of „Progressive Bulgaria” Rumen Radev during an open meeting with citizens in Pazardzhik, quoted by novini.bg. In the words of the leader of „Progressive Bulgaria“ it is strange and undignified to have people in an EU member state who feel, in their words, like serfs, like slaves.
„The same is true of business — the smallest, family, medium-sized businesses are subjected to daily harassment by the administration with all sorts of regulations and requirements. At the same time, large companies of “our people” do not pay their taxes as they should. There is comfort for them, but there is no comfort for the small ones”, said President (2017 – 2026) Rumen Radev.
He recalled the past partial local elections in Pazardzhik, which turned into an outrage of corporate, bought and manipulated votes, but drew attention to the fact that more and more people in Bulgaria are courageously raising their heads and committing themselves to the progress of the country.
