Todor Tagarev also stated that there must be a new decision of the National Assembly to cancel the old one so that we can give "the old Belene reactors to Ukraine". "The aggressor must not be allowed to profit from its aggression," the former Defense Minister also said.
Tagarev also pointed out that American planes at "Vasil Levski" airport are not a threat to Bulgaria, but they should not be there.
"I personally see no problem with US planes being stationed at "Sarafovo" airport or at "Bezmer" airport, he suggested. And he confirmed once again that American planes cannot be a danger to Bulgaria.
